Our Story
Three Roots was born from three paths that began in very different places, yet led us to the same ground. Each of us has walked through seasons of questioning, healing, and reimagining what a good life could look like—navigating religion, healthcare, relationships, and a broken system and way of living in a world built for burnout. In our own time and in our own ways, we each experienced a quiet shift—a pulling away from what no longer felt true and leaning into practices that brought us back to ourselves.
Our souls were telling us all along that what we truly needed was connection—to our higher selves, the Divine, Source. Everything changed for us, and from that place, our sisterhood was born.
We found wholeness, healed ourselves, and stepped into lives guided by purpose. We left our corporate jobs and many old-world beliefs behind to follow a deeper calling: sharing that freedom. You already hold the answers—you always have. We’re here to guide you back to them, creating spaces, practices, and tools to help you walk your own path of healing, connection, and vitality—in mind, body, and soul. This is more than a business to us; it’s a way of weaving connection, restoration, and truth into the lives we touch.

My soul is that of a wildflower—vibrant, free, and deeply connected. My grounding in the earth guides my work holding sacred herb and plant ceremonies, creating spaces for ritual, reflection, and transformation. My awakening began when I truly started listening—paying attention to my intuition and the natural world around me—which has shaped the way I hold space for others. I’m here for the deep conversations, exploration, growth, and soulful connection.

A close encounter with death opened my awareness to the spiritual and quantum realms, revealing the unseen currents that shape our reality. From that experience, I learned to command my own healing on a cellular level, tuning into my nervous system and the subtle energies around me. I love my hands for the way they listen, translate, and carry this sensitivity into touch, guiding my work as an energy healer, helping others reconnect with their inner power.

What started as frustrations with my own physical and mental health led me to take matters into my own hands and dive into the study of herbology, nutrition, massage therapy, breathwork, yoga, and energy work from traditions around the world—which ultimately sparked a spiritual awakening and taught me how to truly heal myself. Today, I’m barefoot more often than not, guided by curiosity, adventure, and a deep trust in the body’s ability to heal.

That’s enough about us… We wanna hear about you too!
What woke you up?
For some, it was a breath that finally went deep enough. For others, a plant medicine ceremony, a moment in nature, a movement practice, or an energy shift that cracked them wide open.
Breathe and Tell is where we share these stories—real, unfiltered accounts of personal awakening. Proof that others have walked this path and found their way through. We believe the world is in the middle of a great shift, and these stories can offer inspiration, hope, and practical tools to anyone navigating their own awakening.
Each episode dives into the turning points and practices that helped someone wake up—whether through breathwork, movement, plant medicines, energy work, or any path that led to clarity. Our aim is to normalize questioning old systems, breaking free from limiting patterns, and co-creating new ways of living—together.
While the podcast hasn’t officially launched yet, we’re already gathering guests and recording episodes. If this vision resonates with you, we’d be honored to hear your story.

Donate to our van fund!
We dream of creating a beautiful mobile space—a renovated van designed for Thai massage, energy work, and herbal apothecary magic. With this on wheels, we can still come directly to you, but instead of squeezing into your living room, we’ll invite you into a warm, peaceful sanctuary built just for your session. No need to clear space or rearrange furniture—just step inside, breathe deep, and let the outside world fade away. Every donation helps us turn this dream into reality, so we can share more comfort, healing, and connection across Utah.
